देहरादून : उत्तराखंडच्या चमोलीमध्ये हिमनदी फुटून आलेल्या संकटाला आता २४ तास उलटले आहेत. उत्तराखंड पोलीसांच्या मते, आत्तापर्यंत २०२ नागरिक बेपत्ता आहेत. त्यापैकी २० ते २५ जणांचा शोध घेण्यात यश आले आहे. अजूनही बचावकार्य सुरूच आहे. ही घटना इतकी भयानक होती की ऋषिगंगा नदीच्या किनाऱ्यात हेक्टर भागातील पसरलेला मरींडा जंगल चंद काही मिनिटांतच साफ झाला. ऋषिगंगा पावर प्रोजेक्ट, तपोवनचा NTPC हाइड्रोपावर प्रकल्प, चीन सीमेवर पोहोचणारा BRO हा ब्रीज, कित्येक मंदिरे अर्ध्या तासातच दलदलीत गेली.

शिरोमणी अकाली दल अध्यक्ष सुखबीर सिंह बादल यांनी ट्विट करून यातून सरकारने लवकरात लवकर मार्ग काढावा, अशी मागणी केली आहे.
