मुंबई: (FDA Ban On Analogue Paneer Maharashtra) अन्न आणि औषध प्रशासनाच्या (FDA) आयुक्तपदाची सूत्रे हाती घेतल्यानंतर सनदी अधिकारी तुकाराम मुंढे यांनी राज्यात भेसळखोरांविरुद्ध कठोर पावले उचलण्यास सुरुवात केली आहे. ग्राहकांची फसवणूक थांबवण्यासाठी आणि आरोग्याशी होणारा खेळ रोखण्यासाठी राज्य सरकारने 'अॅनालॉग' म्हणजेच वनस्पतीजन्य तेलांपासून तयार केल्या जाणाऱ्या कृत्रिम पनीरच्या उत्पादन, साठवणूक, वाहतूक, वितरण आणि विक्रीवर संपूर्ण राज्यात १ वर्षासाठी पूर्ण बंदी घातली आहे. दुधातील मूळ स्निग्धांश काढून त्याऐवजी वनस्पतीजन्य तेल, पाम तेल, डालडा किंवा इतर दुग्धेतर पदार्थांचा रासायनिक प्रक्रियेद्वारे वापर करून हुबेहूब पनीरसारखा दिसणारा पदार्थ तयार केला जातो, त्याला 'अॅनालॉग पनीर' म्हणतात. हे पनीर दिसायला हुबेहूब मूळ पनीरसारखे असले तरी ते आरोग्यासाठी अत्यंत घातक ठरू शकते.
