मुंबई: (Rajasthan chemical factory blast) राजस्थानच्या अलवर जिल्ह्यातील खुशखेडा करौली औद्योगिक क्षेत्र येथे सोमवारी, १६ फेब्रुवारी २०२६ रोजी सकाळी सुमारे ९.३० वाजता एका केमिकल फॅक्ट्रीला भीषण आग लागली. प्लॉट क्रमांक G1/118B वरील या कारखान्यात रसायने तसेच फटाक्यांशी संबंधित साहित्य असल्याने आगीने काही क्षणांतच भीषण रूप धारण केले. दरम्यान ३ ते ४ मोठे स्फोट देखील झाले असल्याची माहिती माध्यमांवरून मिळत आहे. घटनेच्या वेळी फॅक्ट्रीमध्ये सुमारे २० ते ३० कामगार उपस्थित होते. काहींना वेळेत बाहेर पडण्यात यश आले; मात्र अनेक जण आत अडकले. प्राथमिक माहितीनुसार ७ ते ८ कामगार जिवंत जळून मृत्युमुखी पडले असून, अनेक जण गंभीर जखमी झाले आहेत. बचाव पथकांनी ७ मृतदेह बाहेर काढले असून, जखमींवर जवळच्या रुग्णालयात उपचार सुरू आहेत. माध्यमांवरून मिळालेल्या माहितीनुसार, पोलिसांच्या गस्तीदरम्यान परिसरात धुराचे लोट दिसल्यानंतर अग्निशमन दल, पोलिस आणि प्रशासन तात्काळ घटनास्थळी दाखल झाले. भिवाडी व आसपासच्या भागातून सहापेक्षा अधिक अग्निशमन बंब मागवण्यात आले. सुमारे दीड तासांच्या प्रयत्नानंतर आगीवर नियंत्रण मिळवण्यात यश आले. दरम्यान आगीचे नेमके कारण अद्याप स्पष्ट झालेले नाही. शॉर्ट सर्किट किंवा गॅस सिलेंडर स्फोटाची शक्यता तपासली जात आहे.
