मुंबई : सक्तवसुली संचालनालयाने गुरुवारी मुंबई आणि दिल्लीमध्ये उद्योजक अनिल अंबानी यांच्याशी संबंधित कंपन्यांवर छापेमारी केली. ही कारवाई ३हजार कोटींच्या येस बँक कर्ज घोटाळ्याशी संबंधित असून, कर्जाचे गैरवापर आणि मनी लॉंडरिंग झाल्याचा संशय आहे. ईडीने देशभरात २५ पेक्षा अधिक ठिकाणी ही कारवाई केली असून, ५० हून अधिक कंपन्यांशी संबंधित कागदपत्रं, आर्थिक व्यवहारांचे पुरावे आणि डिजिटल डेटा जप्त केला आहे.
या प्रकरणात अनिल अंबानी यांच्या "Reliance Group" अंतर्गत येणाऱ्या RAAGA Holdings Pvt Ltd, Reliance Infrastructure, Reliance Power आणि इतर संबंधित कंपन्यांची चौकशी सुरू आहे. ईडी च्या मते, या कर्जांचा वापर मूळ उद्देश सोडून वेगळ्या कारणांसाठी करण्यात आला. या व्यवहारामागे लाच आणि सार्वजनिक निधीचा चुकीचा वापर झाल्याचा संशयही व्यक्त करण्यात आला आहे. या प्रकरणाचा संबंध येस बँकेचे माजी सीईओ राणा कपूर यांच्यावर सुरू असलेल्या चौकशीशी आहे.
स्टेट बँक ऑफ इंडियाने यापूर्वी अनिल अंबानी यांच्या काही कंपन्यांना ‘फ्रॉड’ म्हणून घोषित केल्याचे समोर आले होते. यानंतर ईडी ने अधिकृतरित्या कारवाई सुरू केली. दरम्यान, Reliance Infra आणि Reliance Power या कंपन्यांचे शेअर्स छापेमारीनंतर शेअर बाजारामध्ये घसरले. गुंतवणूकदारांमध्ये भीतीचे वातावरण निर्माण झाले आहे, काही शेअर्समध्ये ४ टक्क्यांपर्यंतची घसरण देखील पहायला मिळाली.
येस बँक प्रकरणात यापूर्वीही अनेक उद्योजक, कंपन्या आणि संस्थांवर कारवाई झाली आहे. त्यात Cox & Kings, DHFL आणि Omkar Realtors यांचा समावेश होता. आता अनिल अंबानी यांचे नाव या प्रकरणाशी जोडले जात असल्याने प्रकरण आणखी वाढले आहे. ईडी या सर्व कंपन्यांच्या बँकेतील व्यवहारांचा अभ्यास करत आहे. अनिल अंबानी यांच्याकडून यावर अद्याप अधिकृत प्रतिक्रिया आलेली नाही.
२०२० मध्येही येस बँक प्रकरणात त्यांना चौकशीसाठी बोलावण्यात आले होते. तेव्हाही झालेल्या ईडी चौकशीसाठी त्यांनी सहकार्य केले होते. ईडी पुढील काही दिवसांत आणखी व्यक्तींना समन्स पाठवू शकते, तसेच काही कंपन्यांच्या आर्थिक व्यवहारांवर कारवाई होण्याची शक्यता आहे.
