मुंबई : (Twisha Sharma Case) भोपाळमध्ये घडलेल्या ट्विशा शर्मा मृत्यू प्रकरणात आता मोठी घडामोड समोर आली आहे. हुंडा छळ आणि आत्महत्येस प्रवृत्त केल्याच्या आरोपांमध्ये अडकलेल्या माजी न्यायाधीश गिरीबाला सिंह यांना मध्य प्रदेश पोलिसांनी तिसरी आणि अंतिम नोटीस बजावली आहे. पोलिसांनी जबाब नोंदवण्यासाठी वारंवार संपर्क साधला असतानाही त्या चौकशीसाठी समोर न आल्याने आता त्यांचा अटकपूर्व जामीन रद्द करण्यासाठी न्यायालयात धाव घेण्याचा इशारा पोलिसांनी दिला आहे.(Twisha Sharma Case)
पोलीस चौकशीला सहकार्य न केल्याचा आरोप
भोपाळचे पोलीस आयुक्त संजय कुमार यांनी दिलेल्या माहितीनुसार, गिरीबाला सिंह यांना पोस्ट आणि व्हॉट्सअॅपद्वारे नोटीस पाठवण्यात आली होती. याआधी दोन वेळा पोलिसांचे पथक त्यांच्या घरी गेले, मात्र त्या उपस्थित नव्हत्या. महिला आरोपींचे जबाब घरीच नोंदवण्याची प्रक्रिया असतानाही सहकार्य मिळत नसल्याचा आरोप पोलिसांनी केला आहे.(Twisha Sharma Case)
अटकपूर्व जामिनाला उच्च न्यायालयात आव्हान
ट्विशा शर्मा यांच्या कुटुंबीयांच्या वकिलांनी गिरीबाला सिंह यांना मंजूर झालेल्या अटकपूर्व जामिनाविरोधात मध्य प्रदेश उच्च न्यायालयात याचिका दाखल केली आहे. लग्नानंतर सात वर्षांच्या आत संशयास्पद मृत्यू आणि हुंडा छळाचे पुरावे असल्यास आरोपींविरोधात कठोर कारवाईची तरतूद कायद्यात असल्याचे त्यांनी नमूद केले.(Twisha Sharma Case)
पती समर्थ सिंग फरार; पोलिसांची शोधमोहीम सुरू
या प्रकरणातील मुख्य आरोपी आणि ट्विशाचा पती समर्थ सिंग अद्याप फरार आहे. त्याचा शोध घेण्यासाठी मध्य प्रदेशसह इतर राज्यांत पोलीस पथके रवाना करण्यात आली आहेत. त्याच्या अटकेसाठी ३० हजार रुपयांचे बक्षीसही जाहीर करण्यात आले आहे.(Twisha Sharma Case)
१२ मे रोजी मृतावस्थेत सापडली ट्विशा
३३ वर्षीय ट्विशा शर्मा १२ मे रोजी कटारा हिल्स परिसरातील सासरी मृतावस्थेत आढळली होती. तिच्या कुटुंबीयांनी हुंड्यासाठी मानसिक छळ झाल्याचा आरोप केला आहे. दुसरीकडे सिंग कुटुंबाने ट्विशा अमली पदार्थांच्या व्यसनात असल्याचा दावा केला आहे. या प्रकरणामुळे न्यायव्यवस्था आणि समाजात मोठी खळबळ उडाली आहे.(Twisha Sharma Case)
