मुंबई : (Sonali Bendre Land Dispute) मावळ तालुक्यातील उकसान येथील शेतजमिनीच्या वादामुळे बॉलिवूड अभिनेत्री सोनाली बेंद्रे आणि त्यांचे पती गोल्डी बेहल पुन्हा एकदा चर्चेत आले आहेत.(Sonali Bendre Land Dispute) या प्रकरणामुळे स्थानिक स्तरावर मोठी खळबळ उडाली असून, आता हे प्रकरण न्यायालयात पोहोचले आहे.(Sonali Bendre Land Dispute)
 
स्थानिक शेतकरी चंद्रकांत शिंदे यांनी वडगाव मावळ येथील दिवाणी न्यायालयात याचिका दाखल करत संबंधित जमीन ही वडिलोपार्जित कुळ हक्काची असल्याचा दावा केला आहे. त्यांच्या म्हणण्यानुसार, कुळकायद्यानुसार १९५७ पूर्वीपासून ताब्यात असलेल्या सुमारे ३० गुंठे जमिनीवर त्यांचा हक्क आहे. मात्र, खोट्या कागदपत्रांच्या आधारे हा हक्क डावलून जमीन खरेदी करण्यात आल्याचा गंभीर आरोप त्यांनी केला आहे.(Sonali Bendre Land Dispute)
 
तसेच, संबंधित जागेवर बेकायदेशीर बांधकामाचा प्रयत्न करण्यात आल्याचा आणि कुटुंबीयांना दमदाटी केल्याचाही आरोप याचिकेत करण्यात आला आहे. यापूर्वी या संदर्भात पोलिसांत तक्रारी दाखल करण्यात आल्या होत्या. मात्र, प्रकरण दिवाणी स्वरूपाचे असल्याने न्यायालयात दाद मागण्यात आली आहे. सध्या न्यायालयात मनाई आदेशाची मागणी करण्यात आली असून, पुढील सुनावणी २० एप्रिल रोजी निश्चित करण्यात आली आहे.(Sonali Bendre Land Dispute)
 
दरम्यान, या सर्व आरोपांवर बचाव पक्षाने ठाम भूमिका घेतली आहे. सोनाली बेंद्रे यांच्या वतीने वकील राजू शिंदे यांनी सर्व आरोप फेटाळले असून, संबंधित जमीन मुळातच सोनाली बेंद्रे यांच्या नावावर नसल्याचे स्पष्ट केले आहे. त्यामुळे या प्रकरणाशी त्यांचा थेट संबंध नसल्याचा दावा त्यांनी केला आहे.(Sonali Bendre Land Dispute)
 
याशिवाय, ८ जून १९६५ रोजी तत्कालीन तहसीलदारांनी दिलेल्या आदेशानुसार केसू शिंदे हे त्या जमिनीचे मालक नसल्याचे स्पष्ट झाले होते, असेही त्यांनी नमूद केले. यापूर्वी तहसीलदार आणि उपविभागीय अधिकारी (SDO) स्तरावर अनेक वेळा अपील करण्यात आले, मात्र प्रत्येक वेळी निर्णय चंद्रकांत शिंदे यांच्या विरोधात गेला असल्याचा दावा बचाव पक्षाने केला आहे.(Sonali Bendre Land Dispute)
 
ऑक्टोबर २०२५ मध्ये मावळ तहसीलदारांनी चंद्रकांत शिंदे यांचे अपील फेटाळले होते. त्यानंतरही त्यांनी पुन्हा अपील दाखल केले असून, बचाव पक्षाच्या मते हे प्रकरण केवळ आर्थिक लाभ मिळवण्यासाठी वारंवार पुढे आणले जात आहे. दरम्यान, या प्रकरणाची पुढील सुनावणी २० एप्रिल रोजी होणार असून, न्यायालय काय निर्णय देते याकडे सर्वांचे लक्ष लागले आहे.(Sonali Bendre Land Dispute)
