मुंबई : (RELOS Agreement) रशियाच्या संसदेने अलीकडेच RELOS — Reciprocal Exchange of Logistic Support (परस्पर लॉजिस्टिक समर्थन देवाणघेवाण) हा करार (RELOS Agreement) औपचारिकपणे मंजूर केला आहे. हा निर्णय त्याचवेळी पारित झाला, जेव्हा रशियाचे राष्ट्राध्यक्ष व्लादिमीर पुतीन भारत दौऱ्यासाठी दिल्लीला येत होते.(RELOS Agreement)
 
पण रेलोस करार नेमका आहे तरी काय?
 
भारत आणि रशियामध्ये 'रेलोस' (Reciprocal Exchange of Logistic Support) हा नवीन लष्करी करार (RELOS Agreement)  झाला आहे. या करारामुळे दोन्ही देशांच्या सैन्याला एकमेकांच्या लष्करी तळांचा, सुविधांचा आणि संसाधनांचा वापर आणि देवाणघेवाण करण्याची परवानगी देण्यात आली आहे. रशियन संसदेच्या अध्यक्षांनी सांगितले की, भारत आणि रशियाचे संबंध खूप मजबूत आहेत. या करारामुळे (RELOS Agreement) दोन्ही देशांची लष्करी भागीदारी आणखी मजबूत होईल आणि गरजेच्या वेळी एकमेकांना मदत करणे सोपे होईल.(RELOS Agreement)

विश्लेषकांच्या म्हणण्यानुसार, हा करार दोन्ही देशांच्या लष्करी भागीदारीला अधिक घनिष्ठ करेल. संयुक्त ऑपरेशन्स, आपत्ती निवारण किंवा युद्धाच्या वेळी हा करार मोठ्या प्रमाणात कामी येऊ शकतो.(RELOS Agreement) या विशेष कराराबरोबरच, दोन्ही देशांमध्ये संरक्षण व व्यापार या क्षेत्रांमध्ये सहकार्य वाढवण्याचे नवीन प्रयत्न केले जात आहेत. यामध्ये सामरिक हवाई-क्षमता, नव्या लढाऊ विमानांचे खरेदी व उत्पादन, तसेच संयुक्त संशोधन व विकास यांचा समावेश असल्याचे सांगितले जात आहे.(RELOS Agreement)
